I can lend a hand but -- from experience -- one person can quickly be overwhelmed. There may be a lot of spam (for which I have scripts but they are really brute force :) ) and if you get to have more than 5-6 people editing the wiki regularly, you need 2 people to administrate it.
So, I can help but I'd need a second person, and preferably who's fluent in Arabic.
