Hi Samar, I think the site should be both in arabic and english. There is a wealth of information on FOSS in english already, we also want to set the example and interact with our fellow africans interested in FOSS etc. if you have suggestions for arabic themes please share them.
As for the content: maybe i can write the english version and someone can write the arabic version. Any volunteers?
