Printer drivers and office are not an issue anymore, there are many offices that are specialized in office work and photocopying/printing, i.e. business centers, bibliotheques, etc... as for cyber cafes, it's a broader market that needs a different perspective, but are still penetrable by linux / FOSS at certain areas.
