أيوة..تابعت قصة الفقرة دي مع أحمد حسين من ساعة ما بدأت.

رأيي أنها هي فقرة تطمينية للاحتكاريين. مالهاش أثر قوي بما أنها بتتكلم
بصيغة إقرار ما سيكون، (على نحو قدري فوقي كدا ما يعديش في أي تصحيح ورقة
جامعية لطالب) مش على تصرفات معينة للوزارة لإحقاق توازنات معينة. و لو أن
الهاجس دا يفضل عندهم و هيحاولوا يستغلوا الصياغات ال زي دي علشان يدفعوا
الحكومة إلى تصرفات في صالحهم.

المهم بقى أن فيه خطأ فاحش في الجملة الأولى من الفقرة الأولى في القسم 5-2-1:
"يمثل إدماج البرمجيات الحرة مفتوحة المصدر في المنافسة السوقية نقلة
نوعية، نظرا لأنها تتضمن قوانينا مختلفة لحقوق الملكية الفكرية بما يساهم
في تقديم خيارات أخرى لنماذج من التراخيص مفتوحة المصدر مما يؤدي إلى [...]"

أولا: مافيش قوانين مختلفة للملكية الفكرية. هي نفس القوانين و بنستخدمها
لحماية المعرفة الحرة.

ثانيا: نقطة تفصيلية حول استخدام كل من "الملكية الفكرية" و "حقوق الطبع"،
لكن مش مهمة للنقاش دا.

دا غير التكرار عديم المعنى من أوّل "خيارات أخرى". النصّ في الإنكليزي كمان
مالهش معنى.

هو كمبوطر الوزارة مافيهش مصحح إملا؟ يعني هاطنّش كفتة الهمزات و الياءات،
إنما "بالت"!
