I know. It was rather meant as a cautionary comment :-)

This sort of thing has been raised by one of the Old Wise Guys(tm)
at, I believe, openhealt-list. The suggestion was to "hardcode"
certain common medication errors (Penicillin vs. Penicillamin,
Metamizol vs. Methotrexate).
