Dear all I am very interested in the VMR issues from an EHR perspective and would like to see this work mirrored in the openEHR and CEN space. This would mean defining the data in archetypes.
I have already done work in this area assessing Prodigy's requirements - but recognise that systems like IHC have more ambitious decision support - and that decision support might even be authored locally. I believe that openEHR is the only public approach that is fully sorted in this regard - no doubt IHC have this down pat and others. I would like the calls to be made via an API and that we get the calls right (in plain old ENGLISH - with some basic examples) and then think about how to express these as messages or openEHR queries. The write to EHR calls also need to be sorted. We are ready as a group to participate in this work.
