I can only talk about the things I have encountered, and my general impression 
for that small part I have seen, is that it has been well thinking, that has 
been done. As far as I can judge, which is not far, I am not a specialist for 
medical informatics. I am a programmer.

And that is another point of view. I have some suggestions, I will come back to 
them later.
But in two months or so, I will have some more suggestions.
It is late, and tomorrow will be a long day.
