I can only talk about the things I have encountered, and my general impression for that small part I have seen, is that it has been well thinking, that has been done. As far as I can judge, which is not far, I am not a specialist for medical informatics. I am a programmer. And that is another point of view. I have some suggestions, I will come back to them later.
