Has anyone else here reviewed the Canada Health Infoway sponsored EHR Client Registry Reference System? I haven't looked at the model yet but it's based on passing messages between EHR components using HL7 v2.4 and HL7 v3.0 formats according to the hig-level documentation I've read so far.
