I was looking at the composition archetype for "report" that comes with the archetype editor. The archetype constrains a composition to include information about a request identifier, requesting clinician, contact details, request date, report identifier, copies to and referrals to. Many of these things are also in common with standard tags in CDA. It seems to me that many of these fields actually belong in the reference model and not in an archetype.
