Hi all, I have found out that the observation archetypes at the openEHR archetype repository are not following the specifications for the attribute OBSERVATION.state.
This attribute is supposed to be a HISTORY<ITEM_STRUCTURE> with existence set to optional (i.e. 0..1), but for the archetypes at the repository the state attreibute is of the type ITEM_STRUCTURE which make it equal to the CARE_ENTRY.protocol attribute.
