Hi Ed,

You likely already know about the openClinical effort to track international
projects, but just in case:

http://www.openclinical.org/nationalHITprogrammes.html

At a recent workshop on Personal Health Records at Claremont Graduate
University, Matt Holt summarized his findings on predictors of Highly
Digitized Nations with an astonding level of precision and simplicity. His
long list of candidate Nations showed the predictor was...IF country's first
initial is N, THEN High use of Digital Health Records...

My report on the Big N_Aries (New Zealand, Norway, and the Netherlands) is
scheduled for completion in late summer.

Thanks to Tim. Great things often happen through mistakes. I had meant to
send the email only to Ian and did not notice that I was sending to the
group. I have had several response and invite more. I am hoping to have
the paper completed within 2 months.

Thanks to all.

Ed
