Regarding the ISO 18308 conformance requirement COC1.1 in issue 1.5 which 
states:
"The EHRRA must support the production of a consumer oriented view. (9.1) "

The artefact statement is:
"openEHR EHR RM:Since all contributions to the record are marked with the 
author?s identification, a view of patient-added data are easily possible.  If 
simplification of data & presentation is required, either software applications 
or particular consumer-oriented archetypes would have to be developed. "

The first sentence misses the point. The consumer view would be provided by an 
implementation of access to *all* the data relating to the consumer, subject to 
the consents, privileges etc.
For example, I envisage the patient could have a PGP key enabling her to use a 
'patientHR' application to view her data and add observations.
