Regarding the ISO 18308 conformance requirement COC1.1 in issue 1.5 which states: "The EHRRA must support the production of a consumer oriented view. (9.1) "
The artefact statement is: "openEHR EHR RM:Since all contributions to the record are marked with the author?s identification, a view of patient-added data are easily possible. If simplification of data & presentation is required, either software applications or particular consumer-oriented archetypes would have to be developed. " The first sentence misses the point. The consumer view would be provided by an implementation of access to *all* the data relating to the consumer, subject to the consents, privileges etc. For example, I envisage the patient could have a PGP key enabling her to use a 'patientHR' application to view her data and add observations.
