I did get the idea of registering the causes that lead to the suspencsion or cancelation of a medication in the wf_details of the instruction_details, but, should we record there too the amount of medication administered during a specific lapse of time? Example, a situation wherea doctor prescribing dopamine and serum, and instructs the nurses to check the correct administration each half hour.
