I think one needs to be careful with such claims. Properly designing archetypes can take quite a lot longer than 2 weeks, due to the time it takes to get various experts to analyse the model, analyse their own needs etc. "Transforming HL7 to openEHR" is obviously an imprecise statement; we would need to know what particular transformation you are talking about; working out transformations from HL7 to openEHR may or may not be quick in practice, but they can only be quick once the theory has been worked out.
