However, it it possible to have a range specified as well for the value, so it could look like > 110/50 < 130/90 if that is what the goal is. I have to look up the exact specification, e.g. if it needs to be > 110 / > 50 and < 130 / < 90 etc. I just point to the principle that this can be defined. Similarly intervals can be determinded via IVL and such. At this stage we have not dealt with the examples you give, but Care Plan is going to be 'promoted' as a topic for next ballot and any such thoughts can be worked in a use case / storyboard descriptions / examples.
