Open-source or just "open"? What are the licensing arrangements for the Microsoft/NHS Common Health Interface controls? Obviously they depend on the Microsoft .NET platform (do they also work with Mono?), but are there additional licensing restrictions or limited access to the Common Health Interface controls themselves?
