Hello again!

We have seen some interest from commercial openEHR/13606 vendors in
response to the workshop plans we mentioned. Since we feel it is
important to strive for vendor neutrality in our general introductory
openEHR workshop we would suggest splitting into several events.

MIE-Submissions are of course completely open to all and the
information below shall only be seen as a humble attempt at figuring
out various interests and reduce overlapping approaches a bit.

A: Introduction to openEHR (tutorial)
----------------------------------------------------
(MIE version, In English)
Coordinators: Mikael Nystr?m, Erik Sundvall & Hans ?hlfeldt
Contents focus: The openEHR "ecosystem" and it's parts. No focus on
specific implementations even though some brief tooling examples
probably will be needed. No focus on the art of clinical archetype
authoring.
In an ending panel part we would be glad to include others (feel free
to contact us).

B: Introduktion till openEHR
------------------------------------
(Vitalis version, In Swedish)
Coordinators: Mikael Nystr?m, Erik Sundvall & Hans ?hlfeldt
Same content as A but in Swedish and with an ending panel discussion
with a Swedish perspective including representatives of various
authorities, national projects, vendors etc.

As you can see this only covers a part of what is interesting about
openEHR, for example not implementation and interoperability
experiences. Neither is more clinical focus like "the art of
archetyping" covered.

Maybe others are interested in coordinating such tutorials or
workshops. Tom? Rong? Dipak? Sam? We have not asked the people listed
and do not even know if all are planning to attend MIE so just see it
as an encouragement or provocation ;-)

Other vendors/implementers interested? Please reply to the list. We do
not want to list contacts established in private mail without
permission.

Best regards,
Erik Sundvall & Mikael Nystr?m
