At the moment I would say that we are not too far off where you want to go. As you know there are a couple of efforts to produce an up-to-date tool-based UML expression of openEHR. Hopefully one or both will come to fruition quickly. >From there we can add in the TOM part of the model, which as you can see from the draft is only a small number of classes.
