We unfortunately recently uploaded an installer for the specialisation version of the ADL Workbench that contained a bug which makes it hang for locales other than "en" locales. Anyone who has downloaded this please download the latest version now there instead (see http://www.openehr.org/svn/ref_impl_eiffel/TRUNK/apps/doc/adl_workbench_help.htm).
