I don't agree Grahame, evidence is something you have to go looking for, 
words (I mean marketing) are something that you have handed to you, 
usually by a partisan party. Believing what is handed to you, especially 
if you are a government is a poor basis for planning and executing 
multi-billion dollar 10 year health ICT programmes. Sometimes getting at 
the truth takes a bit of effort. But it's only a small effort compared 
to the wastage that follows poor choices.
