Where can I download the OpenEHR terminology?

Possible import bugs in this file appear beneath line 580:

Everywhere the the attribute rubric contains a hyphen "-" the
text seems to be unduly truncated.
E.g. line 584:

                <concept id="217" rubric="signing (face-to-"/>
