Hi Diego, Roger,

As Koray said, ours is a bit odd, as we persist fragments of the whole
composition and that's really the level at which we deal. I've zipped up
some instances, each at a cluster level. Each of these conform to a
pretty detailed archetype, which in turn makes up a larger endoscopy report.

If you want to see the whole composition instance, or want to
cross-check with the archetypes we define, I can happily provide these
for you - just means it'll take a little time :)

Hope it helps!
