Hi Diego, Roger, As Koray said, ours is a bit odd, as we persist fragments of the whole composition and that's really the level at which we deal. I've zipped up some instances, each at a cluster level. Each of these conform to a pretty detailed archetype, which in turn makes up a larger endoscopy report.
If you want to see the whole composition instance, or want to cross-check with the archetypes we define, I can happily provide these for you - just means it'll take a little time :) Hope it helps!
