A is the UCUM standard representation of the year unit. AE supports the reading of both for backward compatibility but will output the standard.

While all the "Time" units are stored as expected in the XML / ADL output (e.g. "s","min","h" and others) the "yr" unit is stored as "a" (...annum, anni (?)). The unit is read back from a file as "yr". If i edit the ADL so that "units = <[some string]>", there is no complaint and [some string] will appear in the AE. Could this be a typo or am i missing something here? (Shouldn't it be just "y"?) All the best Athanasios Anastasiou _______________________________________________ openEHR-technical mailing list openEHR-technical at lists.openehr.org http://lists.openehr.org/mailman/listinfo/openehr-technical_lists.openehr.or g
