I'm sure that there will be a lot of the core archetypes that you are looking 
for within the CKMs.



Without knowing more detail of the scope of your registry it is hard to provide 
much detail.



Archetypes that I expect will be core to your work will include a number of the 
generic models that will embrace TB-specific data if you use appropriate 
terminology value sets, including:

?         Problem/Diagnosis EVAL

?         Medication - orders and actions

?         CLUSTER.Symptom

?         Lab result OBS

?         Image Exam OBS

?         Mantoux Test OBS:
