Hello Peter,
thank you for your fast responding to my email. I followed your advice and downloaded the Editor from Ocean informatics. I also tried to bind a textfield with SNOMED-CT 2002. But I don?t really now if it works. When I go to the Interface where I should be able to choose a code from snomed by clicking the ? button, nothing happens. The URI Looks a bit weird to me, too. I?m sorry if I bother you with amateur questions. The lines in the ontology section look like this: constraint_definitions = < ["de"] = < items = < ["ac0001"] = < text = <"Anesthesia"> description = <"The SNOMED CT code of an anesthesia"> > > > > constraint_bindings = < ["SNOMED-CT"] = < items = < ["ac0001"] = <terminology:SNOMED-CT/2002?subset=Anesthesia> > > > Could I insert a URI to a newer release to SNOMED-CT by manipulating the archetypes constraint bindings with an simple text Editor? Is there any site that provides a newer Version of international SNOMED CT that can be accessed with an Archetype? The one available from the openEHR web site does not have OTS support. You can still do terminology bindings in either version of the Archetype Editor, of course. Is this what you are trying to figure out? - Peter On 27 Nov 2014, at 12:08, <florin1andy at yahoo.de> <florin1andy at yahoo.de> wrote: Hello, I?m trying to get a terminology binding to an external terminology of SNOMED-CT. I?ve already read some articles about mapping Entries afterwards onto SNOMED-CT. This is not what I want. I would like to have Live query to SNOMED-CT while entering the data into an Archetype. I?ve read about TQL which is used for query an Terminology set and that OTS and the UMLS can be used but I just can?t figure I what I have to do to realise that. I?m using the Ocean ArchetypeEditor.
