Hi everyone,

I have just sent out the second review invitations to those who have registered
an interest in the joint FHIR/openEHR Adverse Reaction Risk archetype. You can
view the latest version here:
http://www.openehr.org/ckm/#showArchetype_1013.1.1713

The resolution process was long and detailed and took somewhat longer than the
Editors had anticipated, however we are very pleased with the way that the
archetype is taking shape. There are some tensions between the way that the HL7
Patient Care community currently model this archetype as two separate models -
this will be addressed in the resulting FHIR resources when they are published.
But in the main, there is considerable agreement in principle to the required
data elements, descriptions etc.

If you have participated previously in an adverse reaction review or have
adopted the archetype, you should have received an email invitation in the past
few minutes.

Major changes:
- Editorial enhancements for clarity
- 'Seriousness' renamed to 'Criticality'
- 'Status' now optional
- Addition of 'Date of last reaction'
- Severity values revised
- 'Multimedia' removed and replaced with addition of Multimedia CLUSTER to
'Reaction details' SLOT
- Addition of legacy data element for 'Substance category' and values
- Removal of cluster pairing Manifestation with Severity

If you would like to participate, it is not too late...

How to participate:
