This is the complete set of changes to restructure how the ORB is
managed and add yoko support to the ORB. These changes need to be
made in lock-step because the openejb changes change what needs to be
coded in the Geronimo corba deployment plans. I don't have kharma
for openejb, so I'm going to need some assistance on getting these
in. NOTE: The openejb patch suffers from the standard problems with
svn diff not handling file deletions well.
I just commented on the JIRA, can you 'svn status > status.txt' and
attach status.txt to OPENEJB-266. That should help me figure out what
moved where.
