I adjusted the openejb-contributors group so you still have to ask to
be assigned an issue. I didn't muck with the "Close" permission, but
it's fine as issues shouldn't be closed till the code is checked in
which requires commit karma.
Anyway, not a big deal as you'll be in the openejb-developers group
soon enough :)
