Ok, I've arbitrarily divided the work into the following set of Jiras:
[OPENEJB-311] Add ASL License Headers
[OPENEJB-312] ASL Headers: openejb2/itests
[OPENEJB-313] ASL Headers: openejb2/modules/openejb-builder
[OPENEJB-314] ASL Headers: openejb2/modules/openejb-corba
[OPENEJB-315] ASL Headers: openejb2/modules/openejb-core
[OPENEJB-316] ASL Headers: openejb3/assembly
[OPENEJB-317] ASL Headers: openejb3/container
[OPENEJB-318] ASL Headers: openejb3/examples
[OPENEJB-319] ASL Headers: openejb3/itests
[OPENEJB-320] ASL Headers: openejb3/server
Each contains a small list of files to do. Anyone who wants to take
a chunk can do so, just respond to this email and say which Jira
issue you're taking so others know which are already being worked
on. Don't take more than one at a time. When you get one done, put
a patch in the issue and take another.
