When I change something that needs to be used by a built I always deploy that
module.
The change for non-txt legal files was deployed before... Not sure why Jacek
redeployed it. My comment about building it locally to get it to work was only
a statement about how mvn was still behaving weird with snapshot downloads.
It was because I thought that I could do it better/wiser if I've
deployed it myself which turned out to be a very rude and harmful
approach. Sorry again for the mess.
I hope I've already learnt how to deal with such a stuff in the future.
