Great commit!
The best part about it is that now we no longer need to repeat the JDBC information in the cmp container configuration. 


What do you think about renaming the class LocalCastorContainer to  
something else like LocalJdoSource, LocalJdoManagerSource or  
something without the word "Container" in it?
