I'm not sure if openejb2 ever extended from the genesis project- config pom, but it is not now... though if it did, then this problem would not exist.

The problem is that the tools-maven-plugin is not specifying a version, which if the parent pom was project-config that would be taken care of automatically, and you'd always have the right version.

To fix, set the version of the t-m-p to 1.1-SNAPSHOT, the released 1.0 version, which is what is being picked up, does not have the changes to pick up DISCLAIMER.txt.
