Just to not hijack the vote thread, here's another comment thread.
I took a loot at the openejb-builder-2.3-incubating-sources.jar and
there's a file - .staleFlag. What is it for?
I have no idea what the .staleFlag is but according to Google it
is some sort of maven thing.
Also, there's no DISCLAIMER.txt file in
openejb-builder-2.3-incubating-sources.jar whereas there's one in
openejb-builder-2.3-incubating.jar.
