hello,

i just want to let u know that i did not forget
to answer your mail ;-)

the attached PDF file shows an example how a docbook
based documentation will look like after transforming
it using XSLT.

i used xalan and the FO parser 'XEP' which is available
at ...

 -> http://www.renderx.com/

to generate the HTML output i use the website-full.dtd
which is an addition to the docbook document type definition.

'addition' means that the website DTD includes all docbook
definitions plus some extra defintions which are meant for
websites only.

there is also a standart website.dtd which does not include
the docbook DTD. this is for those who wont the fully blown
docbook DTD.

the coding of the XSL stylsheet for my web site took me about
8 hours. you can see the result at ...

 -> http://ichilli.sourceforge.net/

i'll am making the xml/xsl sources available very soon, so you
can also take a look at the sources.

regards
