The OpenEmbedded members elect the Board to represent their interests,
including at the Yocto Project meetings. The Board then decides who attends
those YP meetings - usually there are 2 representatives, a Primary one and a
Backup, in case Primary is not able to attend and/or vote (I backup Philip).

The OpenEmbedded members elect the entire OpenEmbedded TSC, plus OpenEmbedded
has 2 seats at the Yocto Project TSC, which are also elected by OE members.

All of that is to ensure OpenEmbedded community has enough voice in different
aspects of the Yocto Project among other member organizations.
