From: Deepesh Varatharajan <[email protected]> Some clang/LLVM lit tests fail on target with clang/llvm 23. Exclude them for now to keep the test results useful: one needs an od option BusyBox does not have, two hit a known 32-bit ARM issue (llvm/llvm-project#94741) that upstream also skips, three fail from a lit configuration issue with a separate fix to follow, and four are still being looked into.
