Ok, maybe we want:
-PACKAGE_ARCHS = "all any noarch ${PACKAGE_EXTRA_ARCHS} ${MACHINE_ARCH}"
+PACKAGE_ARCHS = "all any noarch ${TUNE_PKGARCH} ${PACKAGE_EXTRA_ARCHS}
${MACHINE_ARCH}"
instead as we redefine PACKAGE_ARCH in different places.
