Basically yes. Note that we regularly find deficiencies in old recipes as well. It's not the end of the world. > Who is responsible in the cases that license is violated? Obviously the one who shipped the product to the consumer, which is not the Yocto Project :-) It's up to the OEMs or their contractors to thoroughly review what goes into images and under which licenses.
