I'm pretty sure this issue was caused because we had the sqlite3-tests
package hence we couldnt include the sqlite3 directory on the sqlite3
package, this should work fine now ( I think).
After editing the manifest you need to run the create_manifest task to
check for new dependencies that we might have missed, e.g. the sqlite3
package rdepends on datetime.
