In your local.conf:
MULTILIBS = "multilib:lib32"
require conf/multilib.conf
DEFAULTTUNE_virtclass-multilib-lib32 = "armv7vethf"
MACHINE = "qemuarm64"
Then add something like "lib32-glibc" as a dependency to your image.
