LIC_FILES_CHKSUM changed due to copyright year update. Now that the full SPDX license list is supported, refine the license from MIT to MIT-open-group. The curl license contains the additional advertising clause present in the Open Group variant. Use a weak assignment with the RANDOM variable to make changes via bbappend easier.
