Maybe the REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES = "opengl" line should just be
removed from gtk4.bb ?

libportal depends on gtk4 which needs opengl DISTRO_FEATURES, so
add opengl DISTRO_FEATURES requirement for libportal too.
