From: Harish Sadineni <[email protected]> To support building Rust bindings in the SDK environment, bindgen needs to be available for the `nativesdk` class as well.
This is required as part of making Rust available, where bindgen is a common dependency for generating Rust FFI bindings from C headers during cross-compilation.
