Sort of.

Since I don't have access to the reference BSP hardware, I can't boot test
them, so
I tend to not bump them. I can bump them on compile only, but that's
obviously not
ideal.

In the latest release, we had to give genericarm64 it's own BSP branch due
to some
patches we carry, as such, it needs a separate SRCREV bump. If I don't bump
it, we
get a QA failure with the kernel versions not matching, so I'm forced to
bump it (with
the same compile only level of testing).

Hence why the two are different policies.

I can definitely bump the old ones, if folks are ok with that level of
testing.
