Split the Shikra-specific ath10k WCN3990 hw1.0 WiFi firmware out of the generic linux-firmware-ath10k-wcn3990 package into its own linux-firmware-qcom-shikra-wifi package, matching the existing per-board split already done for QCM2290/QRB4210.
