Rust 1.99.1 fixes the following issues: - Fixes missing wcslen symbol on UEFI and embedded targets. - Fixes miscompilation of FFI bool return values on x86_64. - Fixes rust-lld library loading on macOS by adding an rpath for libLLVM.
