I'm sorry to misunderstand it.
The date of Licence file changed, so LICENSE_CHECKSUM changed.
I will send a V2 patch to describe it.

When updraded to 2.37.2, there is no setup.py file in the source of
python3-imageio.
So it caused error as following in do_compile:

failed with exit code 2

So I change setuptools3 to python_setuptools_build_meta to fix this issue.
That change I am not worried about. But why did LICENSE_CHECKSUM change ?
