This out-of-tree kernel module was mainlined in Linux 5.10. The previous LTS kernel, 5.4 is EOL, and oe-core ships with newer kernels - there is no need to keep this recipe around.
It also has an explicit SKIP_RECIPE tag, it wasn't tested since a long time.
