Upgrade to release 0.17.2:

in narrow Python builds. This could not be fixed for Python 2.6
since PyYAML 3.12 dropped support for Python 2.6
- Fixed raise error for invalid reference_direction in
WBEMServer.get_central_instances().
- Fixed raise error for missing ports in WBEMListener.__init__().
