Weird, the patch in the e-mail you sent me didn't have a "From" field yet.
That's strange because the trick worked with Yang Mingyu a few minutes ago.
As I believe you are at the same location as he is, you may compare your
$HOME/.gitconfig file.
Here's what I have in my case:
[sendemail]
...
from = [email protected]
Don't hesitate to send me further test patches.
